The parcel serial number is alphanumeric. It will always have three sets of alphanumeric digits separated by dashes. It may not always contain alphabet letters.

Account number is seven digits long. The first two or three numbers may be zeros. This is the number that our tax collection system uses and will be required with all tax billing requests.
