The
Information Technology Department is responsible for:
- Data
Processing - Provide support to county offices to ensure
that accurate data exists in our system. Provide assistance
in the processing of payroll. Provide support for hardware
and software including servers, computers, printers, fax
machines, copiers, network software, tax system software,
accounting software, voting software, court software, word
processors, spreadsheets, and databases. Also responsible
for purchasing new equipment and equipment supplies.
- The
County Tax System - Provide support for each step of
the tax cycle including Assessment Roll, Disclosure Notices,
and Tax Notices.
- The
County Internet System
- Provide support for the county web site and e-mail.
- The
County Phone System - Provide support for the phone
system and voice mail system at the Sevier County Administration
Building.
